Location: On-Site at our Centre
Position: Hybrid Exam Invigilator
Remuneration: $10 per hour

About the Role:
Are you a responsible and tech-savvy student looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? We are seeking dedicated individuals to invigilate our crucial O-Level and A-Level Mock Examinations.
This is a unique hybrid role where you will be the key to ensuring a smooth and fair exam experience for all students. You will simultaneously manage a group of students at our physical centre while supervising another group attending the same exam online via Zoom. It's a great chance to develop skills in multi-tasking, technology management, and protocol adherence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exam sessions according to strict guidelines to ensure academic integrity.
• Set up and manage the Zoom meeting for online candidates.
• Monitor both on-site and online students vigilantly for any irregularities.
• Manage exam materials, including the distribution and collection of papers.
• Provide clear instructions and a calm, reassuring presence for candidates.
• Address any technical issues that online students may face promptly and efficiently.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in Polytechnic or are an Undergraduate/Recent Graduate.
• Responsible, vigilant, and punctual.
• Comfortable with technology (experience with Zoom is essential).
• Good with public speaking.
• Excellent communication and clear instruction skills.
• Able to remain calm and assertive under pressure.
• Must be committed to the sessions you select.
