About the Roles

This permanent position as a Hydraulic Service Technician is based in Pioneer and follows a 5.5-day workweek, Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM and Saturday from 8AM to 12PM. The compensation package includes a basic salary along with

meal allowance, overtime pay, AWS, and performance bonus

, offering strong overall benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

Assemble, install, and service hydraulic systems and components. Assist with pressure testing of hydraulic parts. Support engineers in diagnosing and resolving issues in existing systems. Document testing results, service work, and maintenance activities. Handle mechanical repairs for hydraulic equipment in both workshop and shipyard settings. Begin under the guidance of senior staff and progress to independent tasks once proficient. Coordinate deliveries with relevant parties. Arrange permits for shipyard access. Serve as a point of contact between technical and administrative teams. Take on additional duties as needed.
