We are looking for a Hygiene & Sanitation Executive to join our team!
As a Hygiene & Sanitation Executive, we rely on you to:
Take responsibility to uphold the highest level of hygiene and sanitation standards in the resorts
Ensure all food served to guests and colleagues are safe and free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination
Ensure all work areas conform to the minimum requirements of Shangri-La Hygiene and Sanitation standards and also those set by local health authorities
Conduct food safety training to all relevant staff
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for food safety and hygiene
Has experience in handling food and hygiene standards in either a restaurant or a hotel environment
Has relevant certifications in hygiene and food safety controls or equivalent qualification
Is detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead change
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new food safety trends
Has experience in conducting training and audit checks
Has strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Is able to work independently
