We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Quality Assurance Officer
to join our F&B team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all our products and processes meet the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality. If you are passionate about maintaining excellence in food production and compliance, we'd love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with
food safety standards
(HACCP, ISO 22000, NEA, SFA).
Conduct
regular hygiene and safety audits
across outlets and central kitchen.
Inspect
raw materials, finished products, and storage conditions
.
Monitor
temperature records
, pest control activities, and sanitation schedules.
Maintain
QA documentation
, audit reports, and corrective action records.
Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to address quality issues.
Support and train staff on
food safety and hygiene practices
.
Prepare for and assist during
SFA inspections and license renewals
.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
.
Minimum
2-3 years of QA experience
in the F&B or food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of
HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards
.
Familiar with
SFA/NEA regulations
.
Meticulous, organized, and a good team player.
Proficient in MS Office.
Added Advantage:
WSQ
Food Hygiene Officer
or
HACCP Implementation
certification.

central kitchen or large-scale catering environment
.
