We are looking for a Hygiene & Sanitation Executive to join our team!

As a Hygiene & Sanitation Executive, we rely on you to:

• Take responsibility to uphold the highest level of hygiene and sanitation standards in the resorts
• Ensure all food served to guests and colleagues are safe and free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination
• Ensure all work areas conform to the minimum requirements of Shangri-La Hygiene and Sanitation standards and also those set by local health authorities
• Conduct food safety training to all relevant staff

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for food safety and hygiene
• Has experience in handling food and hygiene standards in either a restaurant or a hotel environment
• Has relevant certifications in hygiene and food safety controls or equivalent qualification
• Is detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead change
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new food safety trends
• Has experience in conducting training and audit checks
• Has strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Is able to work independently
