ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration:

Maintain Red Hat Linux operating system servers.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
Perform regular system upgrades and patches to maintain system security and performance.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Performance Tuning and Optimization:

Project Participation:

Contribute to IT projects involving Unix systems, including new implementations or upgrades.
Work with Release Manager to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain documentation of Unix systems, configurations, and procedures.
Generate regular reports on system performance, security, and capacity planning.
Support Team Lead in preparing Root Cause Analysis report for high severity incidents.
Escalate to vendor when necessary for incident resolution.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in Linux/Unix Desktop Management.
Experience in MySQL and NGINX Operations .

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
