What the role is:i2MAS+ Project Officers will support the development and implementation of a core ICT system for intelligence case management, analysis and operations. The ICT system is expected to enhance officers' capabilities to collate and produce intelligence of operational and strategic value and support the digitalisation of intelligence workflows as part of the Bureau's digital transformation plan. As a Project Officer, he will be part of a dynamic Project Management Team comprising key stakeholders from CNB and HTX to oversee and work with the contracted vendor to ensure the timely delivery of the ICT system for commissioning by 2027. The Project Officer will report to OC Intelligence Development & Planning.What you will be working on:

• Project Management: Support the work involving requirements gathering, implementation and delivery of the ICT system. Work with internal and external stakeholders to finalise the Graphical User Interfaces (GUI), User Experience (UX) and workflows within the ICT system. Proactively monitor the project deliverables to ensure that they align with the key objectives and expectations of internal stakeholders. Flag potential risks that may affect the project's timeline, quality or budget utilisation throughout its lifecycle. Carry out administrative tasks associated with project management e.g. maintaining spreadsheets, preparing documents, data migration etc. Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide secretariat support which includes but is not limited to the collation of statistics, preparation of reports and recording of meeting minutes etc. Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams of intelligence case officers/analysts, procurement officers and external vendors/developers to gather inputs, define milestones, allocate resources and manage project timelines. Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communications with all internal and external stakeholders. Document key issues and provide regular updates on project progress, challenges and successes. Quality Assurance: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that the different modules of the ICT system are thoroughly tested to meet the project's key objectives and internal stakeholders' expectations. Ensure that the data inputs/outputs comply with data confidentiality and security protocols according to Government regulatory standards.

What we are looking for:The Job Holder should possess: A diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Project Management, Information Systems or a related field). Ability to pay attention to detail and promptly identify and resolve project issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security protocols. Basic knowledge and experience in data processing and familiarity with related programs, i.e. Microsoft Excel. No criminal and drug records. Security clearance of at least Cat 2. Experience with law enforcement work or managing ICT projects in the public sector would be advantageous.
