This position is part of the Company Led Training (CLT) programme which is structured development programme jointly developed by the our Singapore IT Hub and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) that aims to enable fresh and mid-level professionals to acquire specialist expertise for jobs in demand by the industry, especially those that support Smart Nation projects. Responsibilities
Assist Cybersecurity Engineers on the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls or services
Provide technical assistance to protect enterprise data and infrastructure using certificates and security protocols (e.g. SSL/TLS and etc.)
Effectively work with business owners, team members, technical subject matter experts, and management as needed to deliver new IAM capabilities
Develop or update operational manuals and job aids
Support the planning and execution of software and/or infrastructure upgrades with minimal service disruption
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in Information Technology or Information Security
Practical experience with server system operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux) and networking protocols
Familiarity or knowledge in computer and network security, LDAP or Active Directory, digital certificate lifecycle management functions, cryptographic protocols
Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as passion for problem solving, a desire to learn, and the ability to work in a team environment.
