Details of the Division and Team: ICG (Institutional Client Group) is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Banks. Your key responsibilities:

• We are looking for a highly motivated salesperson based in Singapore to focus on covering clients for Asia Credit products.
• Senior Coverage person across the credit spectrum with a focus to further expand our flow credit coverage for Real Money clients. Individual should have existing strong client relationships and will focus on primary execution and secondary flows along with the ability to move traders’ axes. Work closely with trading to deploy the sales strategy and business expansion on flow credit business. Stay ahead of client demand in identifying market trends and opportunities. Maintain strong institutional client relationships with key existing clients and also source new key accounts himself/herself.
• Interact collaboratively with middle/back office to ensure seamless execution and minimize operational risk.

Your skills and experience:

• 10+ years FIC Institutional sales experience in a Tier 1 Investment Bank
• Client coverage experience focusing on a strategy-based sales model, prior experience in pitching new issues, trade ideas, and pertinent themes in Asia (and EM) credit
• Excellent client relationship, especially in the Asset Management client based in Hong Kong and Singapore. Having existing credit clients based in London will be an added plus.
• Ability to interact and engage with regional/global team
• Work experience in both Hong Kong and Singapore preferred – ability to cover and back up entire region
