& Requirements
Responsibilities- Develop, design and contextualize training materials and provide training curriculum
- Develop and design WSQ /IBF module of Blended Learning
- Submission course proposal and curriculum for SSG /IBF approval.
- Facilitate quality assurance of training programmes through regular reviews
- Being up-to-date on the latest trends in training and adult education sectors
- Develop strategies for offering learning interventions based on learning needs and identifying performance gaps
- Innovate new learning delivery modes and implement continuous improvement actions
- Conduct relevant lesson training abiding to the Principles of Adult Learning
- Provide administrative support and recommendations to the Programme Department
- Support in the performance management, recruitment and training of new trainers
- Perform Training
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in education industry
- Possesses work experience in curriculum design, delivery of training programmes to adult learners
- Must be DACE and ACTA qualified;
- Highly professional, proactive and passionate in adult training
- Good spoken and written command of English language
- Able to work independently with strong work ethics
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Project and Time management skills
- May be required to move around centres
