Jurong EastJob Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets. Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions. Liaise with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals. Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates. Analyse risks and opportunities. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed--escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans. Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resources. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Ensure project standards and requirements are met
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field. Competency in Microsoft applications & Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner Ability to work on tight deadlines. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
