Job Title: Ice Cream & Barista Associate


Salary: $2,000 a month, with up to 8% monthly salary pay incentive if monthly sales targets are met.





Company Introduction: Tiao Tiao Pte Ltd is the company behind BestPeak by Top Creamery brand. We have just opened our doors to the Singapore market and we're looking for an Ice Cream & Barista Associate to join our team.

As an Ice Cream & Barista Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional ice cream and beverage experiences to our customers. You will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages with precision and creativity while providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment. This position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enter the hospitality industry and gain valuable skills. You will receive on-the-job training to learn the art of coffee preparation, along with customer service techniques.





Main Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Greeting and Building Rapport:


Welcome customers warmly with a friendly smile and positive attitude
2. Drinks Expertise and Food Preparation:


Learn and master various beverage recipes to consistently prepare high-quality drinks Assist with ice cream preparations and service
3. Inventory Management:


Maintain inventory levels by replenishing supply for essentials such as coffee beans, ice cream powders, syrups, sauces and etc Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
4. Store Cleanliness:


Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dine-in area, display shelves, work area, and cutlery and etc Regularly clean and sanitise work areas, utensils, equipment, and high-touch surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
5. Point-of-Sale Operations:


Operate POS systems proficiently to process orders, handle transactions accurately, and provide customers with receipts Accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments, while ensuring accuracy and security
6. Ad Hoc:


Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management relating to the cafe
Requirements:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Basic maths skills and familiarity with handling POS systems and cash transactions Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards Previous experience as a barista or in F&B (preferred, but not required) Friendly, reliable, and able to work well in a team Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
