Job Description

Contract Period: From 1 January 2026 to 31 Decemeber 2026 with an option to extend the contract for a further period of 1 year.





Working hours:


Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays


Scope of services:


ICT Support for Teaching and Learning:


1. Support teachers in the movement and setup of learning devices.


2. Support teachers in recording lessons or activities for professional sharing or reflection.


Multimedia and Collateral Design:


3. Design digital collaterals for events (e.g. posters, slides, videos, etc.) in collaboration with event owners.


4. Prepare digital lesson materials (e.g. slides, videos, SLS lessons, etc.) in collaboration with teachers.


5. Assist in the design and production of in-house digital collaterals for school communications.


Event and Publicity Support:


6. Provide photography and/or videography support during key school events, including post-event production such as editing, publishing and archiving photo and video content.





Qualifications, skills and experience:


Higher NITEC in ICT related discipline At least 2 years of experience in providing ICT, AV and related teaching and administrative support (prior exposure to school-based ICT or multimedia support will be an advantage). * Familiarity with multimedia design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing softwares) and basic design principles.
