Candidate Specification

You will be a qualified Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineer or equivalent who is experienced in the design and specification of Information technology systems and services within buildings. This role ideally suits someone with 4 - 8 years\' experience and looking to join a growing team that hold technical excellence to high regard and offer an excellent opportunity for career progression.

In additional to the above you will ideally have:

• A degree level qualification.
• Knowledge and experience in:

• ICT infrastructure - required
• Network and communication systems - required
• AV, PA, and other ELV systems - desirable
• Surveillance and Electronic Security Systems - desirable
• An Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude
• Excellent communication skills, including report writing

As part of our commitment to developing and servicing our key clients, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven ICT Engineer to join our Built Environment team based in Singapore.

As our new ICT Engineer, you will work collaboratively with other equivalent roles across the business to help develop and enhance Mott MacDonald\'s brand.

In this varied role, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Working and liaising with associated engineering disciplines as part of delivering projects
• Undertaking surveys and completing reports
• Production of Project deliverables - specifications, reports, solution briefs and schematics from Feasibility and Concept Design through to Construction Administration and Post Completion handover.
• Production of design drawings using mark-up tools
• Production of design and performance specifications complying to Telecommunication industry standards and guidelines
• Use of MS Visio, PowerPoint, BIM 360, Adobe, and other equivalent mark-up tools for drawing production
• Completing design calculations using computational and network design software for Structured Cabling Systems, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Unified Communications and Security Systems.
• Liaising with clients and end users to establish project requirements
• Monitoring installations on site
