1 year contract 1/1/2026 to 31/12/2026

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm

Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm

1hour lunch break

No need to work on weekends and Public Holidays

Duties and Responsibilities

Device & Inventory Management

Manage ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and gadgets under the ICT Department's purview.


Oversee installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and repair of ICT devices.


Maintain accurate tracking records (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets) for the loan and return of devices.


Manage and update the school's ICT inventory list.


Deliver, set up, and maintain shared ICT devices/resources in classrooms or event areas.

Technical & User Support

Provide day-to-day technical and applications support for school staff and students.


Offer support for both SSOE and non-SSOE devices during school hours.


Work closely with Desktop Engineers (DE) deployed in the school for issue resolution.


Support and report to the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, and ICT Manager.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

Supervise and assist ICT vendors during the delivery of goods or services.


Handle delivery, receipt, and verification of ICT-related items as required.


Process ICT-related paperwork and administrative forms (e.g. Loan Forms, Condemnation Forms, ICT Request Forms).

Event & Media Support

Provide technical assistance for school events and programmes (e.g. National Day, Teachers' Day, Graduation Night, festive celebrations).


Set up audio-visual equipment including projectors, microphones, and notebooks.


Assist in audio and video recording, editing, and production when necessary.

ICT & Digital Skills Training

Conduct ICT baseline training sessions for students (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic video editing tools).


Support teachers or management in ICT-related projects and digital learning initiatives.
