We are looking for a proactive ICT Executive to support the school's ICT and AV operations. The role involves maintaining ICT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth operation of digital resources within the school.
Provide ICT and AV technical support, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
Manage user accounts and administrative portals (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Apple School Manager).
Handle helpdesk requests, device setup, and software installation.
Maintain ICT assets, manage equipment loans, and coordinate with vendors.
Support AV setup and recording for school events and assemblies.
Assist in ICT procurement and school-based projects.
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant ICT support experience, preferably in an educational environment.
Experience in iPad PDLP computing setup will be an advantage.
Proficient in ICT systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
Skilled in AV setup, operation, and maintenance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, good teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
