Position: ICT Facilities Operation Technician

Work Timings- Mon-Fri (8:00am to 5:30pm)

Location- Harbour Drive

Perform day-to-day installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT and network services in compliance with Singapore safety regulations. Support offsite backup tape handling, port operations (cranes, lighting masts, power systems), and cabling works (UTP, fibre, and low-voltage power). Conduct visual checks and assist in hardware relocation, redeployment, and equipment replacement (e.g., network switches, servers). Provide basic PC and network troubleshooting. Coordinate with end users and vendors to resolve issues, install patch cords, test circuits, and ensure timely service restoration. Provide progress updates to users and maintain accurate documentation and database records. Support other IT-related activities as assigned. Be on standby for remote support when required The Personnel shall have the following technical skills: Possess a certificate from the Institute of Technical Education ("ITE') in a relevant course or has at least two (2) years of experience in the telecommunications/data centre related industry in the operational field. Possess a class three (3) driving license for vehicles and be able to work independently without supervision.

Pay: $3,700.00 - $3,800.00 per month
