About the ICT Manager Role:
The ICT Manager\'s primary responsibility is to implement global ICT strategy and to support business goals by delivering ICT services to RHQ and affiliates offices in Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support ICT strategy in the Asia-Pacific region from technology perspective
• Oversee ICT operations in RHQ and extending management support to affiliate offices in Asia-Pacific region
• Identify and initiates support process improvement actions with relevant technology owners
• Participate and act as regional coordinator during ICT emergencies and major incidents
• Provide consultancy in technical areas to ICT counterparts in the affiliate offices
• Deliver end-user training for corporate ICT solutions
• Vendor management and procurement of ICT goods and services
• Create and contributes to development and maintenance of relevant policies, SOPs, and associated documents for efficient ICT operations
• Participate and supports all regulatory and corporate audit activities

To succeed in this ICT Manager role, you should have prior experience managing regional IT operations, driving operational excellence to meet SLAs and governance requirements, and leveraging critical thinking and problem solving skills to respond to non-BAU situations.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology operations or equivalent, with at least 10 years\' relevant work experience
• End-user computing/digital workplace
• Cloud-based infrastructure
• Cybersecurity
• Experience leading digital workplace implementation programs deploying Microsoft365 and hybrid meeting technologies
• IT service/project delivery and management methodologies
• Strong knowledge of IT systems planning, implementation and support topics, preferably in regulated industries, e.g. pharmaceuticals or financial services
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment. Hands-on while at the same time maintain \xe2\x80\x9cbig picture\xe2\x80\x9d
• Good vendor management skills
• Good regional exposure to successfully manage both deliverables and business expectations
