Job Description
Role Objectives
Work with Japan HQ while embedded in Singapore to
strengthen governance and deliver implementation support
for APAC subsidiaries--co-building baselines, managing policy deltas, and executing common platform rollout and configuration changes with local teams.Key Responsibilities
Establish group IT/Security
baselines
and operatepolicy gap/delta
management per entity. Support selection/PoC/rollout andconfiguration standardisation
forM365/Entra ID, Intune/EDR, IAM, ITSM/CMDB
. Coordinatechange management
with local IT (risk, rollback, evidence). Conductassessments
(interviews, config/log review), produce improvement roadmaps. Builddashboards
(e.g., Power BI) and issue JP/EN status reports. Assist withincident collaboration
(triage, containment, comms, corrective actions). Produce bilingual SOPs/guides and runenablement
sessions.Automate
config compliance checks and evidence collection scripts. Act as day-to-dayliaison
with Japan HQ.Must-Have
Japanese
(business) andEnglish
(business).3-5 years
in IT/Security (multi-site or group environment preferred). Exposure toM365/Entra ID/Intune/EDR, IAM, SIEM/logging
, policy/risk, and configuration/change management. Clear communication and documentation skills in JP/EN.Good-to-Have
Knowledge of
ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, ITGC/J-SOX
. Certifications:CISA
, ISO 27001LA/LI
