Key Responsibilities
Establish group IT/Security
baselines
and operate
policy gap/delta
management per entity.
Support selection/PoC/rollout and
configuration standardisation
for
M365/Entra ID, Intune/EDR, IAM, ITSM/CMDB
.
Coordinate
change management
with local IT (risk, rollback, evidence).
Conduct
assessments
(interviews, config/log review), produce improvement roadmaps.
Build
dashboards
(e.g., Power BI) and issue JP/EN status reports.
Assist with
incident collaboration
(triage, containment, comms, corrective actions).
Produce bilingual SOPs/guides and run
enablement
sessions.
Automate
config compliance checks and evidence collection scripts.
Act as day-to-day
liaison
with Japan HQ.
Must-Have
Japanese
(business) and
English
(business).
3-5 years
in IT/Security (multi-site or group environment preferred).
Exposure to
M365/Entra ID/Intune/EDR, IAM, SIEM/logging
, policy/risk, and configuration/change management.
Clear communication and documentation skills in JP/EN.
Good-to-Have
Knowledge of
ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, ITGC/J-SOX
.
