Job Description

Gather and document customer requirements to understand project scope and technical needs. Work with customers' IT teams to ensure Nihon Kohden solutions can integrate smoothly within their existing systems (e.g., network setup, hardware/software specifications, and IT security). Contribute to solution designs, technical presentations, and implementation plans. Support the Sales and Commercial teams with RFPs, tenders, and proposals for ICT-related projects. Support the setup, testing, and deployment of Nihon Kohden Digital Health Platform & ICT solutions according to defined specifications and timelines. Collaborate with internal Product and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and issues troubleshooting after system implementation. Conduct user and partner training sessions on Nihon Kohden Digital Health Platform & ICT solutions, including Patient Monitoring, Cardiology, and Neurology systems. Work closely with Nihon Kohden's regional and global teams (Japan and USA) for technical support and solution-related updates.
Job Requirement

Diploma or bachelor's degree in health informatics, IT, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field 1 - 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or medical device integration. Exposure to implementing or supporting interfaces (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM) between medical devices, EMR/EHR systems, and analytics platforms. Ability to work with clinicians and translate workflow requirements into basic system specifications. Experience with HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, MLLP, DICOM integration and mapping. Basic knowledge of SQL databases; scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java) are a plus. Good understanding of clinical workflow and operations will be an added advantage. Awareness of cybersecurity, networking, or cloud environments (AWS/Azure) will be an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong relationships with customers, potential or existing business partners. Good presentation & communication skills. Be able to function independently, ability to assess and formulate options to issue.
