About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

ICT Specialist

to lead healthcare IT solution projects, from design and implementation to customer support. You'll work closely with clients, sales teams, and global counterparts to deliver integrated ICT solutions that enhance clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements, design, test, and deploy ICT solutions. Lead IT-related project scoping, solution presentation, and implementation. Work with customer IT teams on integration (e.g., network, security, EMR). Provide post-implementation support and training to clients and partners. Support sales team with tenders, proposals, and technical expertise. Liaise with international solution teams for enterprise/IT solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare informatics. At least 3 years in EMR/medical device integration projects. Strong knowledge of HL7/DICOM/XML integration. Familiar with servers, virtual machines, networking, cloud solutions, and databases. Knowledge of IT security, patch management, and system hardening. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Independent, analytical, and solutions-oriented.
