The school is seeking a passionate and skilled ICT / Digital Media Trainer to support ICT integration and digital learning initiatives. The personnel will design and deliver enrichment programmes, support teachers and students in e-learning, and manage ICT-related projects in alignment with the Ministry of Education's EdTech Masterplan 2030.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enrichment Training


Plan, design, and deliver ICT and digital enrichment programmes for pupils. Develop ICT lessons and digital competency training aligned with EdTech Masterplan 2030. Conduct programming and coding lessons.
2. E-Learning Support


Provide ICT support for teachers and pupils. Assist in creating e-learning resources and digital teaching materials.
3. Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) - Infocomm & New Media


Conduct ICT training in animation, photography, videography, web design, and app development. Coach and motivate pupils for participation in ICT-related competitions at school, cluster, and national levels.
4. School-Based ICT Projects


Provide advisory and technical support for school ICT and multimedia projects. Support photography and videography for official school events. Prepare video montages and photo collages for school functions.

SLS and Professional Training (for Teachers)


Design and facilitate short, practical programmes to enhance teachers' use of ICT in teaching and learning. Conduct workshops on Student Learning Space (SLS), Canva, PowerPoint, podcasting, and digital storytelling. Support teachers in resource development and sharing of ICT best practices.

. ICT Asset Management and Administrative Support


Maintain ICT asset records and preventive maintenance schedules. Conduct regular ICT inventory checks and coordinate with vendors when required.
7. Other Duties


Undertake any other ICT- or multimedia-related duties assigned by the school.
