With the ICT Trainer,
1. Pupils can be trained and facilitated in all ICT-based programmes and acquire ICT skills
2. School staff will be able to garner ICT support in terms of administrative and technical aspect.
The Services required are set out as follows:
\xc2\xb7 Conducting IT Courses for Pupils.
\xc2\xb7 Support ICT department in school digital signage and google site
\xc2\xb7 Train interest groups in ICT-related matters.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in multimedia editing, presentation and visual recording in school activities and events.
\xc2\xb7 Implementation of security and control, and maintenance of school devices such as iPads, STEM products and ICT related applications.
\xc2\xb7 Provide consultancy and assist all teachers in computer-related matters and problems.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in Media Photography Club, Cyber Wellness matters (if any) and lessons.
\xc2\xb7 Carry out any other ICT related tasks & responsibilities as assigned by the School Leaders and HOD/ICT.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
\xc2\xb7 Candidate must posses a minimum pass in English Language in GCE\xe2\x80\x99 O\xe2\x80\x99 Level with relevant IT qualification or certification.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 6 months of teaching/training experience in conducting ICT-related lesson is preferred.
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024, with the option to extend 1 year from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Working Schedule:
\xc2\xb7 Mondays to Fridays: 7:45am to 4:45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
\xc2\xb7 Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Personnel may be required to come on weekends or stay for extended hours due to school events. Time-off in lieu will be granted according to school\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines.
