ICT Trainer to support the ICT Baseline training functions of the Authority. From 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023.Personnel to be deployed at the following hours: . Mondays to Fridays : 7.00am to 4:15pm inclusive of 45mins lunch break . Service not required on Sat, Sun & gazette PH & school holidays (unless requested by sch) . Candidate must be prepared to work on some Saturdays as requested by school in advance. Scope of Services The Services required are set out as follows: . Educator must have trainer experience in educational field. . Assist in nurturing the e-Learning/ePedagogy culture in the school. . Render special assistance in the creation of e-Learning content. . Designing and creating digital / interactive resources for teachers. . Conduct ICT-based customised training workshop for students. . Conduct ICT-based customised training workshop for teachers. . Provide software and technical assistance to both staff and students. . Compile student showcase projects. . Guide and coach students through ICT competitions. . Provide assistance in development and research of IT solutions. . Maintain school website. . Work closely with the HOD ICT to spearhead IT initiatives. Courses to be Conducted by ICT Baseline Educator for classes or small groups of students . Touch Typing . Mandarin text input (Windows IME, Creative Hansvision) . Cyber Wellness topics . E-Learning Portal . Utilising Multimedia facilities (Scanner, Digital Camera) . Basic photo editing (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) . Presentation graphics for MS Word and MS PowerPoint and . Web graphics (basic) . Microsoft Word (basic and advance) . Microsoft Excel (basic and advance) . Microsoft PowerPoint (basic and advance) . Adobe Software (eg. Flash, Fireworks, etc) . CS4 Flash Animation (basic) . CS4 Dreamweaver (basic) . Basic video production (Premier Pro or free software by Microsoft: Video Editor) . Coding in Scratch and Microbit . Any other courses as required by school. The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience: 1. Relevant certification in ICT. 2. Should be proficient in English language. 3. Knowledgeable and proficient in the school systems such as website programming and Google docs. 4. Proficient in softwares such as Adobe suitePhotoshop, Dreamweaver, animation and Flash 5. Experience and training in Digital Manga Art Design. 6. Competent in ICT tools such as Interactive Whiteboard, DSLR cameras, 3D printing, Videocam, Swivl, video editing and AVA equipment. 7. Skilful in photography and videography. 8. Proficient in Scratch and Microbit Coding 9. Good knowledge in ICT tools (for self-directed and collaborative learning) appropriate for learning and teaching. 10. Should be well-versed in Windows and Mac platforms. 11. Experience managing children under the age of 12. 12. Some experience working in a primary school would be an advantage. 13.
