ICT Trainer
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2026 - 31 Dec 2026
Location: Bedok North Road, Singapore
Last Date of Submission: 12th Sept, 10:30 AM
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Personnel may be required to work on weekends or stay for extended hours during school events. Time-off in lieu will be granted according to school guidelines.
Scope of Services:
The ICT Trainer will be responsible for:
Creating training materials and conducting ICT workshops/lessons for pupils.
Conducting interest group ICT workshops for both pupils and staff.
Supporting the ICT department in tasks such as updating the school website, digital signage, and other ICT-related processes.
Implementing security measures, maintaining school devices (iPads, STEM products, ICT applications), and ensuring smooth operation of ICT resources.
Providing consultancy and assisting teachers in computer-related matters.
Carrying out any other ICT-related tasks as assigned by the School Leaders and HOD ICT.
Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficient in operating systems, productivity software, and educational applications.
Familiarity with basic coding and programming platforms.
Minimum 1 year of experience in ICT support, training, or educational technology roles is preferred.
