Job Description

• To design and plan a developmentally appropriate ICT training programmes.
• To work with the teacher in-charge to motivate students and equip them with ICT skills for project work.
• To work with teacher-in-charge to plan comprehensive lesson plans to allow students to be familiar with the use of the ICT applications.
• To develop students\' passion in the ICT activities.
• Provide basic ICT hardware/software assistance to teachers, school staff and students.
• Provide support for School Learning Space portal training for students and teachers
• Assist in multimedia projects assigned by the school
• Assist photography/videography for school events
• Provide support for other duties assigned by the HOD ICT & ICT Manager/Associate
• Assist in school\'s ICT equipment inventory and stock-taking.
• Conduct IT-based training to staff
• Explore new technology (software and hardware) and share with ICT support team and staff

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Preferably instructor with diploma any discipline and at least 1 year of ICT training experience
• Proficient in Photography, Audio & Video Editing, MS Office and Adobe Software
• Preferably equipped with multi-media skills in different applications
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good team player with a high level of initiative
• Personnel must be registered with the Ministry of Education and must remain registered throughout the contract period
• Able to plan, develop resources and conduct trainings to staff

Working hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 8AM to 5PM; 1 hour lunch break
• Services not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays unless requested by the school

Additional info:

• Contract Period: 20 Mar 2023 to 19 Mar 2024 (With option to extend based on client\'s discretion)
• This is outsource role
