Job Description
This is a high-impact role where you'll be at the center of driving IFRS17 reporting excellence and shaping the actuarial function. You'll take ownership of leading a talented team and ensuring high-quality results.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee team members dedicated to IFRS17 production, working alongside another team lead to ensure accuracy, clarity, and excellence in reporting.
- Work with actuarial colleagues (Appointed Actuary, Pricing, etc.) on key areas such as assumption setting and integrating new products into the IFRS17 framework.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Chief Actuary on a wide range of corporate actuarial priorities.
- Proven expertise - At least 10 years of actuarial experience with strong exposure to IFRS17 reporting.
- Technical proficiency - Skilled in actuarial software (Prophet / AXIS).
- Leadership edge - Previous team management experience is an advantage and will set you apart.
