Job description

• 
  Actively listen and understand customer needs for refurbishing their homes, and provide them with well-designed, relevant interior design solutions for the whole home based on our full IKEA range
• Assist customers to design and plan their kitchens, wardrobes, and other system furniture combinations based on their floorplans, site measurements and specific needs
• Maximise furniture and accessories sales by offering complete and coordinated solutions across our full IKEA range
• Assist customers through the buying process, using my knowledge of IKEA\xe2\x80\x99s services, such as delivery, assembly, installation, financial schemes
• Work with the service provider teams closely to ensure smooth delivery and installation of IKEA products
• Assist the customer in the end-to-end experience, and ensure that they enjoy an excellent shopping experience at IKEA
• Support a customer-friendly and efficient execution of the payments, exchange& returns processes
• Ensure that my work area is in excellent shape as new, and that a high level of merchandising basics is always in place.
• Ensure operational excellence in daily operations to enhance the easy buying experience in line with Commercial Review requirements
• Support product knowledge and home furnishings trainings for co-workers and customers related to a product range
• Take responsibility to achieve the goals set for my area of responsibility

• You are passionate about IKEA products and business, home furnishing and interior design
• You have a strong drive to deliver excellent work performance, with a growth mindset and strive for continuous improvement
• You are a team player. You love to support and collaborate as one team, working together towards shared goals
• You have a good knowledge of the IKEA range and good product knowledge, and can creatively combine the products into coherent styles and offers that I can offer to customers
• You are well-versed in the latest home furnishing trends and styles, and knowledgeable about housing types and structures in the local market
• You are an expert in the IKEA Home Planner and other planning tools.
• You are competent in the use of standard design software, such as Autocad, Sketch Up and IKEA sales tools, such as MVBC, IKEA Home Planner, etc
