Reporting to the Shopping Experience Manager & Team Leader, you will be the liaison officer to provide a positive and joyful shopping experience for all IKEA visitors and customers.

Your Assignment

• Ensure IKEA Tampines Store is a friendly, safe and secure environment for all IKEA visitors and customers.
• Being knowledgeable and provide a good shopping experience for IKEA visitors
• Check the daily checklists and IKEA amenities to improve on the service delivery
• Look after and entertain the children in Smaland and IKEA Family related activities
• Handling professionally all customers' queries or complaints, and deliver service improvements to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• You will record information, handle paper works and compile statistics, general housekeeping and other duties related to the job.
• Cross training to other functions of Customer Relations to learn check-out and Easy Buying and supporting these functions when required

Your Profile

• You are serviced oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills with passion for children and people
• You are a committed and motivated team player who is also able to work independently
• You are able to multi-tasked, cope with stress and work with a sense of urgency when required
• You are able to provide solutions for customers and operational issues
• You have basic knowledge of PC and enjoy hands on operations role
• You must be able to commit to working both AM & PM shifts during store operating hours, inclusive of both weekends and PH

10 hours per week - to commit to 5 hours on weekend
