We are looking for a motivated F&B Guest Service Executive to join our team. To excel in this position, you need a high level of customer service skills and a willingness to meet guests' needs quickly and politely.
Guest Service Executive’s Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist in seating them within the establishment.
- Introduction of our menus and products, with recommendations being made of requested.
- Assist with service of both food and beverages, from delivery on initial orders to clearing of plates and glassware and refreshing of tables for the next group of guest arrivals.
- Assist with cashiering duties and collection of payments from customers
- Ensure that safe distancing measures and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
- Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
- Only Singaporean can apply.
- Min. 6 months relevant experience, training will be provided.
- At least GCE ‘N’ level
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant with a positive and approachable attitude
- Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
