What the role is:The intern will be attached to the Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD).What you will be working on:-To support in the content creation and design of innovative learning products. This may include supporting the L&D specialists on storyboarding, video-production, etc. -To support the team on creation of digital learning including creation of infographics, report/findings, visuals etc. - Support ILOD\'s OD practice to conduct interviews with practitioners or experts and develop online/ collateral resources for both the leaders and practitioners community.What we are looking for:The trainee would need to possess excellent communication skills and is keen to gain exposure, learn and contribute to organisation development. Background in organisation psychology, psychology, sociology, behavioural sciences and/or competent in design and development of digital resources will be a plus.About Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister\'s Office.
