What the role is:The intern will be attached to the Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD).What you will be working on:This intern will support the research work in ILOD by conducting literature reviews on emerging topics, assisting with applied research projects (e.g. data collection and analysis), and designing research-based materials for outreach purposes.What we are looking for:Understanding of psychology/social sciences theories and well-versed in research methodologies and statistical analysis. Competence in coding or graphic design will be a plus. Perio Mid-Feb to June 2024 (part-time for 2 days/week)About Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister\'s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we partner government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first-class public service.
