What the role is:The intern will work with the Leadership Competency Framework project team.What you will be working on:The intern will work on designing and creating content relating to the Public Service Leadership Competency Frameworks. The content is currently in the form of research studies and workshop materials and the intern would design and translate these content into formats such info graphics, comic strips, PowerPoint slides and videos. These materials that will be uploaded to a learning and resource portal and used by leaders across the Public Service. This is also an opportunity to work with the Leadership Competency Framework project team to observe leadership training workshops, understand the relationship between leadership behaviours and effectiveness, well-being etc .What we are looking for:A flare for creating workshop resources and materials (e.g. handouts, info graphics videos, creating and editing "videos") independently.
