What the role is:The role of the intern will be attached to the Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD).What you will be working on:The intern will be required to conduct research into industry best practices and trends within the Talent Assessment and Selection landscape. In addition, the intern will assist in the knowledge management and project administration of the various Talent Assessment and Selection Projects, such as review of scholarship and talent schemes.What we are looking for:Industrial and Organisational Psychology (I/O Psyc) Strong knowledge of MS Office application, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical capabilities; knowledge of statistics and SPSS, R or Python is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) Able to work independentlyAbout Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office.
