The Role

This role is for a Freelance Image Coach position with Fleek. At Fleek, clients are assigned to a professional coach who will offer guidance on their image, looks and EQ so as to further their advancement not only in dating, but in their professional space as well.

You will be part of our team of consultants offering image grooming and/or date coaching courses to clients. We deeply value the quality of all courses delivered, hence you will also be given opportunities to enhance your credentials and knowledge externally on a regular basis in order to provide top-notch services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the coaching needs of the clients
• Prepare and provide coaching sessions
• Exercise patience and good judgment when providing sound and professional advice
• Familiar with color tone, body ratio and various dressing style/ outfit
• Work with our senior coach on new content and delivery of our image courses
• Follow up with clients after the training programs
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of case notes and/or photos to account for your clients\xe2\x80\x99 coaching portfolio after each session

• Extensive knowledge of latest trends in fashion, including in-depth knowledge of colour and composition suitable for different outfits
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Ability to feel comfortable working with a wide range of ages, ethnicities, religious preferences, sexual orientation and cultural perspectives.
• Associates from hotel line or hospitality such as flight attendant are welcomed to apply
• Prior fashion modeling or pageantship experience is a plus.
• Professional certification or training in image consulting or personal styling is a plus
