POSITION OVERVIEW:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform laptop imaging and set up for new and existing employees
• Imaging devices such as desktops and laptops, both Apple and PC, and prepare them for deployment
• Test devices and perform QC to ensure right first time completion
• Install and configure required software
• Ensure SOPs are followed and all processes and procedures adhere to EOS and Client company policy / standards.
• Investigate issues and act as a trouble-shooter where required by client
• Respond to common technical difficulties involving desktop/laptop hardware
• Fulfils requests for replacement equipment delivery to supplied SLA's
• Ensures adherence to all security measures and technology policies as requested
• Documents, tracks, & monitors all technical problems to ensure timely resolution

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar hands-on/technical role
• Working knowledge of imaging process within Mac/PC discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy logistics/supply chain environment
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work individually and within a team
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented work ethic
• Flexibility to work outside of standard work hours to accommodate special projects
• Must speak fluent English
