Job Description

:

• Carry out maintenance of machinery, equipment and plant facilities to ensure operability and functionality.
• Perform the required preventive and maintenance jobs as stipulated in the Machine Maintenance Check List.
• Participate and contribute in improvement activities about HSEQ.
• Coordinate and manage contractors in performing their tasks safely and meeting our requirements.
• Maintain proper maintenance documentation and be accountable for the up-keeping, controlling and updating of spare parts.
• To assist superiors to complete work orders properly & precisely upon completion of work assigned.
• To execute superior\xe2\x80\x99s guidance compliance with company policy, rules, guidelines as well as Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s regulations.
• Actively involved in the appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard/incidents of identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls.
• Ensure work activities behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance with applicable local legal requirements.
• Adhoc duties/responsibilities are required to be carried out (If reasonably required)
  

• Machine maintenance/repair at the electro-mechanical level knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and work under own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Communicate effectively on all levels with good management, leadership skills and think strategically.
• Recognized Forklift License.
• 3 years of related maintenance experience within the heavy machining production environment.
• Minimum \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level or ITE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• All other relevant Industrial Training Certifications.
• Good communication skills.
