Job Description

As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their immigration needs to Singapore. Your primary responsibilities will include consulting with clients to understand their immigration objectives, providing expert advice on residency options. You will also be responsible for promoting our immigration services, building strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to assess their immigration needs and objectives. Provide personalized advice on suitable residency options based on individual or business requirements.

Sales:

Promote immigration services to prospective clients through various channels, including networking events, marketing campaigns, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the immigration process. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure that all services and advice provided are in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle all personal data responsibly.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Prior experience in

immigration consultancy, sales, or customer service

preferred. Strong understanding of

mmigration application processeswill be an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with strong client empathy and professionalism. Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
