Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant for their Singapore office. Collaborating closely with account management, services teams, and product teams, the role involves participating in implementation and support projects, configuring new modules, and features.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead High-Impact Implementation Projects:

• Handle challenging implementation projects, gaining a global understanding of business processes at top financial firms.
• Provide best practice guidance to clients, leveraging technical expertise and industry experience.

Design and Implement Software Solutions:

• Design, configure, and implement software solutions based on client requirements.
• Identify and resolve installation and implementation problems within established time frames.

Project Management and Leadership:

• Manage the design and configuration activity, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
• Analyze clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs, coach their teams, take charge of product implementation, and manage client relations.
• Provide project management leadership under the guidance of the Account Manager or Project Director.

Training and Presales Consultancy:

• Conduct product training workshops for clients.
• Provide presales consultancy, assisting sales teams with presentations, Proof of Concept, and implementation expertise.

PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation and IT projects in the banking/financial industry in the APAC region, preferably with a financial technology vendor or consulting company.
• Proficient in scripting languages like VBA.
• Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL language.
• Understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques.
• Previous experience with financial data provider feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE).
• Knowledge of financial instruments such as Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
• Involvement in multiple stages of the project life cycle.
• Independent, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to service quality.
