Implementation Consultant
Location: Hybrid, SEA (Singapore)
Position Summary:
The Associate Consultant is part of a team that configures software solutions to meet client requirements. Under supervision, this role is responsible for working on complex challenges, allowing this entry-level position to utilize and develop technical skills, contributing to both client and internal projects. During the software development and implementation, the Associate Consultant is part of the team responsible for securing the quality of deliverables and the effectiveness of communication between the implementation teams. The Associate Consultant role provides the opportunity to build foundational skills and competencies in relevant technologies and gain experience by participating in different types of projects.
Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize client solutions as guided by senior consultants
• Identify, interpret, and implement technical requirements
• Define application solutions based on client requirements
• Implement solutions as directed by senior consultants
• Identifying and tracking issues related to project delivery, and reporting risks to the project team
• Gather business requirements and convert them into system-level requirements, build user test scripts, system integration test scripts, develop or contribute to end-user training materials, and conduct basic troubleshooting
• Develop documentation such as test plans, application guides, design, and as-built documentation
• Provide ongoing technical support following systems deployment
• Seeking continuous improvements in the implementation of processes and procedures, and delivering independently or with the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology

• 2+ years experience
• Knowledge of designing, configuring, and translating requirements into IT solutions
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL)
• Strong technical aptitude with good problem-solving skills that will help quickly identify and resolve issues
• Experience with design, configuring, and translating requirements into IT solutions
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, systems, and general database applications
• Good communicator with a high standard of written communication, verbal, and numerical reasoning skill

• Experience in Enterprise Asset Management or Facility Management
• Experience implementing and integrating a 3rd-party application
• Technical requirement gathering experience
• Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
• Knowledge of version control software such as SVN
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL)
• Business Consultancy or Project Management experience on IT developments/implementations
