What you do
As an Implementation Manager for Transaction Banking Products, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and integration of our transaction banking solutions, including API, H2H, and SWIFT. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
1. Manage end-to-end implementation projects for transaction banking products, including API, H2H, and SWIFT.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop tailored implementation plans.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, such as Sales, product management & development, legal, operations, and technical support, to ensure smooth execution of implementation projects.
4. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
5. Conduct regular status meetings with clients to track progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
6. Provide handover and training to client services team after implementation.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of implementation methodologies.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to transaction banking products, and share knowledge with the team.
9. Drive innovation and process improvements to improve productivity and client experience.
