Job Description
Our client is a leading global fintech company, focused on building inclusive digital payment and financial service solutions. They work with payment partners and merchants worldwide to deliver seamless, secure, and innovative cross-border payment experiences.
Responsibilities
Understand payment products and capabilities, including cards, e-wallets, and alternative payment methods across global markets. Work closely with the business development team to design and deliver payment solutions for merchants, focusing on new solution adoption. Gather and analyze merchant needs, identify gaps, and translate them into solution requirements. Research industry trends and competitor offerings to support product and solution improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to implement end-to-end payment solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in payments, product, or solution implementation. Strong understanding of payment flows, channels, and operations. Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of payment solutions or integrations. Excellent communication, project management, and cross-team collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured thinking.
