We are hiring an experienced Project Manager in Singapore to oversee projects for Oracle Food & Beverage (F&B) group in Singapore/Indonesia/Vietnam region. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

  • Accountable for managing project lifecycle of assigned Oracle POS Product implementations and/or customization projects for Food & Beverage clients
  • Will manage projects ranging from small to big-sized locations, POS rollouts repeatable extensibility, exports, imports or reports.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders (client, Oracle management and project team)
  • Manages scope, communication, change control, budget, risks, issues, staff, governance, quality and acceptance planning
  • Participates in project estimation process assisting pre-sales team
  • Builds, obtains agreement and executes project work plan and collaboratively adjusts where necessary ensuring adherence to established project change management process
  • Assists with review of project financials; owns data quality and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Control and review all travel requirements and expenses, ensuring alignment to project budgets
  • Accurately assist with forecasting and manages assigned budget along with weekly/monthly financial reporting for projects, incorporating risks
  • Provides project financial, status and risk/issue reporting.
  • Document and apply lessons learned upon fulfillment of project acceptance
  • This position does not have direct reports
Job Requirements
  • Ability to manage small to large-scale projects through all phases of the project life cycle
  • Proven business acumen; strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to be productive in high stress situations.
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal - both)
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in Project Management Experience
  • 4+ years in customer facing experience

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Intermediate-level implementation project professional who manages the relationship with client site during entire Implementation phase. Tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the Implementation from start to end. 1st level of escalation for onsite installation team.

Manages Implementation Service deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant roles. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
