Job Duties & Responsibilities: o Communicate & follow up daily on trucking status o Handles customer complaints and feedback tactfully o Responsible for permit declaration o Liaise with the shipping line or agent to check for empty container return/collection and cost o Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parities to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments
o Preparation of billing after the job is completed o Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: o Min GCE “N” level qualification o At least 2 years of working experience in the Logistics industry preferred o Experience in freight forwarding environment will be a bonus
o Relevant knowledge in Portnet, Tradenet, Trip Management System
