Job Description
- Working Days: 5.5 Days
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 10.30am-7pm; Sat 10.30am-2pm
- Location: [City Hall]
- Salary: Basic + VB
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Well versed in Import and Export documentation
- Familiar with Letters of Credit
- Prepare the trade documentation for all export / import related activities
- Co-ordination Customers/Sales for finalizing sales / purchase contracts and LC terms.
- Liase with bankers for Letter of Credit (LC) issuance / negotiation, document preparation & submission, other bank related co-ordination related to trade documents and payments.
- Review and prepare trade contracts, LC drafts and trade related documents.
- Keep proper records of export and import data.
