General Import / Export Processing Management

• Process machine and parts orders from our customers.
• Handle logistics
• Warehouse administration of stock
• Assist with the logistics needs
• Operate with sales management system A1 stream.
• Assist with exhibitions.
• Export control of machines and parts
• Support financial information from A1 stream as required.
• Good communication with customers, vendors, colleague, and business related.
• Assist human resource related and general affairs.

Requirements:

• Education and Qualifications: Diploma from a recognised tertiary institution or \'A\' levels from a recognised tertiary institution
• Practical Experience: Min. 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Professional Business Skills: Good knowledge on incoterms, taxation, import/export documents, trade compliance and inventory system.
• Interpersonal & Social Skills: Receptive to working with diverse team of differing culture and nationalities (internal and external)
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
