Job Description
We provide International Freight Transportation which provides one stop solution for all customers such as Ocean, Air, Custom Brokerage, Warehousing and Inland Transportation. To facilitate our customers, we provide door to door service for any transportation mode.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order / billing of lading, arrival notice, tax invoice and others)
- Send arrival notice to consignee for import shipment collection and delivery.
- Perform customs import permit declaration.
- Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas agents / customers / hauliers / warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of shipment.
- Undergraduate in Supply Chain / Logistics or any other relevant studies
- Good organizational and co-ordination skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Good interpersonal, communication and telephone etiquette skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, Singaporean/PR.
