About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Project Management Customer Service Executive

to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The role will focus on managing

import and export declarations

, obtaining

customs permits

, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, while also delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Import & Export Documentation

Prepare, review, and submit import and export declarations accurately and timely.


Apply for and manage customs permits, licenses, and other required documentation.


Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and other relevant authorities.

Customer Service & Project Management

Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding shipment status, customs queries, and documentation requirements.


Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.


Manage timelines and follow up on critical project milestones related to trade compliance and customer deliveries.

Compliance & Reporting

Monitor and keep updated with changes in customs rules and trade regulations.


Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reporting.


Assist in continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance standards.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance. Familiarity with TradeNet / customs declaration systems preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong advantage if you are a certified custom declarant * Available to start on short notice would be appreciated
