Job Description
- Attending to inbound calls from customers regarding banking product enquiry
- Sell and cross sell products to customers
- To build up and maintain customer relationship
- Processing of loans application
- Other Adhoc duties as assigned
- Min. N/O level and above are welcome to apply
- Candidates with relevant processing/sales support experience is preferred
- You have the ability to handle stress due to high volume of work
- Office Hours, Monday to Friday
- You are able to start work in short notice
