Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Responsible for the design and development of all the Group’s websites including site map structuring and navigation flow, graphics, UX/UI and functionalities, and regular housekeeping & maintenance.
* Responsible for the design and production of both online and offline marketing collateral (e.g. banner ads, brochures, sales kits, and newsletters)
* Support campaign launches with timely webpage and asset creation and development
* Maintain & constantly seek to improve website look-and-feel and UX/design in accordance with brand guidelines
* Employ web data/analytics & other best practices to track, assess and analyze key web metrics – including detailed results of each web page's performance, analyses user journey/flow within the website, navigation and exit behaviors
* Build and implement search engine optimization strategies together with digital marketing manager, from keyword research to on-page optimizations
Requirements
We look for the following general qualities in the people we would like to part of our team:
* Bachelor in a relevant field of study (i.e. Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, New Media, etc.)
* More than 1 years of professional experience with interaction and visual design for websites
* Intermediate experience in WordPress (Knowledge of Genesis Framework is a plus)
* Knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3, PHP and JavaScript
* Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro, and other design and web authoring tools
* Knowledge and experience working with Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools (Google, Bing, and Yandex) will be preferred
SEO and SEO tracking software knowledge (SEMrush) is a plus
* Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written)
